Enrollment

MDUSD has an online registration process to begin enrollment of your student.  Click HERE for enrollment/registration steps.

MDUSD now has a centralized enrollment center. Please see here for instructions to complete the online registration. Once you've registered online, please print out the registration and take it and all required enrollment papers to the MDUSD Enrollment Center at 1026 Mohr Lane in Concord.  Click here for information on the Enrollment Center, located at 1026 Mohr Lane, Concord

For the 2026-2027 school year, to enter TK your child's birth date must be between Sept. 2, 2021 and Sept 1, 2022. To enter Kindergarten, your child's birth date must be between Sept 2, 2020 and Sept 1, 2021. 

If you have any questions about which school your student should attend or address verification, you may call Mt Diablo Unified School District - Student Services office at 925-685-1011 ext. 62050, or you may go online to www.mdusd.org then click on the " Our Schools" button on the right, then click on "school finder." Enter your street address and city, and it will show you which school is your school of residence.
