Enrollment

MDUSD has an online registration process to begin enrollment of your student.  Click HERE for enrollment/registration steps.

Click here for information on transfers. Intradistrict Transfers for grades 1-12 will be available from October 10 - November 10, 2025. 

MDUSD now has a centralized enrollment center. Please see here for instructions to complete the online registration. Once you've registered online, please print out the registration and take it and all required enrollment papers to the MDUSD Enrollment Center at 1026 Mohr Lane in Concord.  Click here for information on the Enrollment Center, located at 1026 Mohr Lane, Concord

For the 2025-2026 school year, children must turn 5 on or before September 1st, 2025 to be admitted to Kindergarten. Children who turn 5 between September 2, 2025 and September 1, 2026 are now eligible to enroll in Transitional Kindergarten (TK).

If you have any questions about which school your student should attend or address verification, you may call Mt Diablo Unified School District - Student Services office at 682-8000 ext. 4169, or you may go online to www.mdusd.org then click on the " Our Schools" button on the right, then click on "school finder."  Enter your street number, your street name, and city, press enter and it will show you which school is your school of residence.
